Is this training program right for you?
The Run Fast Toolkit has helped runners of all levels. Whether you would like to run your first 5KM, aiming for a sub 36min 10km, or training for your 4th marathon.
How do I know this will work for me?
The training philosophy and insights on recovery, nutrition, etc. are the same as those I've shared with a large number of athletes who have achieved new personal bests.
How is this different from other programs that haven't worked for me in the past?
My advice and training philosophy are not ‘special’. They are simply what a large number of world-class runners apply because they work and are effective. In 2024 92% of the athletes I worked with achieved a PB in one or more distances. There's no better way to achieve your goal than to follow the advice that has helped countless other amateur and elite runners to improve significantly.
When I buy the Run Fast Toolkit, is it a one-time or monthly payment?
It's a one-time payment. You only need to make one payment to receive the Run Fast Toolkit. You have 12 months to download the kit, however the kit will last you a lifetime.
Is there one plan per distance or multiple plans?
We have 4 options, one for each distance 5km, 10km, 1/2 Marathon and Marathon. Each kit comes complete with a beginners, intermediate and advanced plan.
How will I receive my Run Fast Toolkit?
Once payment is received, you will be emailed the link to your complete bundle ( within 24 hours ) that will have your training plans, your strength and conditioning workouts, your mobility exercises, your nutritional advice and your additional mindset toolklit.

I’ve been around runners and running for most of my life. Running is in my blood. My dad was a coach; he taught me a lot. I’ve also had my own journey and learning experiences. I would love to share it all with you.
